Accommodation Voucher Usage Guidelines：
  • The accommodation voucher can only be used by the member herself/himself, who must be 18 years or older, and is valid for one year from the date it was issued.
  • The above requirement is based on "one night's accommodation.
  • Breakfast is not included in the terms of the accommodation voucher. Should guest require breakfast, the fee shall be applied.
  • From January 01 to December 31 in 2026, all accommodation vouchers will be subject to the rules below(For accommodation vouchers issued in any year and used in 2026, the rules for 2026 will apply.)：
    1. Accommodation vouchers, an extra fee of NTD 1,500 per room per night shall be applied to members who stay on Saturdays, long weekends or Taiwan National Holidays
    2. An extra fee of NTD500 per room per night on Fridays and special dates.
    3. The special offer will not be acceptable during Taichung Bike Week(Sep. 15- Sep. 18, 2026) and Chinese New Year (Feb. 14- Feb. 20 2026). Please refer to hotel announcements for holiday policies.
    4. A complimentary one-category room upgrade will be provided for weekday stays.( subject to on-site availability)
  • As for those who hold accommodation vouchers which use the voucher in 2025 or 2027, please contact Evergreen Hotel and follow the year 2025 or 2027 rules.
  • Name and Membership Card Number must be exactly the same as the EVA Membership Card when you make your reservation with listed Hotels.
  • Except for issuing the Hotel Accommodation Voucher online, when members meet the requirements to exchange a hotel voucher for valid electronic miles earned under the same account number, members can fill out the 'Hotel Accommodation Voucher Application Form' at any EVA Air ticketing counter (excluding airport ticket counters) during office hours.
  • Please make the prior reservation through global reservation center or hotels and contact with the hotel for more details. Please present the original accommodation voucher upon check-in. For e-voucher holders, there is no need to present voucher.

  • The accommodation voucher cannot be transferred, for a change in hotel, reassigned to a different name,
  • or converted back to electronic miles credits after this accommodation voucher has been issued. It cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or destroyed.
  • Members must pay an extra fee for a different room type or stay on holidays.
