Notes：
  • From January 01 to December 31 in 2025 all accommodation vouchers will be subject to the rules below(As for those who hold accommodation vouchers which issued from 2019 to 2025 please follow the rules below)：
    1. Accommodation vouchers, an extra fee of NTD 1,300 per room per night will apply to stay on Saturdays, long weekends or Taiwan National Holidays.
    2. An extra fee will be charged NTD500 per room per night if you stay on Fridays、Friday and Sunday of Jul. to Aug.
    3. The special offer will not be acceptable during Taichung Bike Week and Chinese New Year(Jan 25- Feb 1 2025). Please refer to hotel announcements for holiday policies.
  • As for those who hold accommodation vouchers which use the voucher in 2024 or 2026, please contact Evergreen Hotel and follow the year 2024 or 2026 rules.
  • The above requirement is based on "one night's accommodation".
  • When members fulfill the requirements for exchanging a hotel voucher for valid electronic miles earned under a same account number, members or clients can fill out the "Hotel Accommodation Voucher Application Form" at any EVA Air ticketing counter (except for the airports ticket counters) during the office hours. Member can also issue the Hotel Accommodation Voucher online directly.
  • Members must pay an extra fee for a different room type or stay on holidays.
  • Name and Membership Card Number must be exactly the same as the EVA Membership Card when you make your reservation with listed Hotels.
  • Please make the prior reservation through global reservation center or hotels and contact with the hotel for more details. Please present the original accommodation voucher upon check-in. For e-voucher holders, there is no need to present voucher.
  • Breakfast is not included in the terms of the accommodation voucher. Should guest require breakfast, the fee shall be applied.

    • This accommodation voucher is valid for one year from the date on which it was issued.
    • The accommodation voucher cannot be transferred, for a change in hotel, reassigned to a different name,
    • or converted back to electronic miles credits after this accommodation voucher has been issued. It cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or destroyed.
