Welcome to be EVA Fans! When logging in with your EVA Fans account, you can easily manage your trip, book a flight and check your transaction history. In particular, we provide you the above services with EVA Fans when you log onto EVA Air global site or EVA Mobile App.

※You will not earn any mileage and redeem award ticket/upgrade award when you login your EVA Fans account. If you have applied an Infinity MileageLands member, please login with your account to enjoy all privilege and benefits of members.

1. Registration & Login: you can quickly complete registration with filling in your email address and password. By receiving a confirmation email (sent to the provided email) and click the link to verify your account, you can start to use your EVA Fans account. If the verification process is not completed within one hour, your registration application will be deleted. 
2. EVA Fans personal data management and use:
   • After login, please visit “My Account” and click “Personal Data” to check or revise your personal data from time to time. You can enjoy the services of accelerating online booking process and easily managing your trip by updating your name appeared in the passport and mobile phone number.
   • Please keep your EVA Fans account and password in strict confidence. If data breach of your personal data happens, please login your account immediately to change your password and other information as necessary. EVA Air may have the right to suspend any irregular EVA Fans account until such irregularity has been recovered. EVA Air shall not be responsible for your loss or damage incurred as result of any breach of your personal data for reasons not attributable to EVA Air.
   • EVA AIR will follow its “Privacy Policy and Cookies” which is published on its website when using your email address and contact information obtained to deliver, services, special offers and privileges to you, including, without limitation, your transaction records.
3. Join Infinity MileageLands Member: If you want to join the Infinity MileageLands member, please login and visit “My Account” and click “Join Now”. Your personal data in EVA Fans account will be automatically input and then you can proceed to finish the registration of Infinity MileageLands member. If you agree to join the Infinity MileageLands member, your EVA Fans account will be deleted accordingly. You can still check your transaction records with the booking reference numbers and your name in passport. Please check the terms and conditions of Infinity MileageLands by visiting the website.
4. Cancellation of EVA Fans Account: In no event will EVA Fans account be retrieved, and all the transaction history will be eliminated once the account is cancelled. Please click here to cancel your account. EVA Air is not responsible for your loss or damage if your email account is in error, or you had requested for stopping EVA Air to send such e-mail or mail that result in the circumstances where you were unable to use their awards or other privileges.
5. EVA Air reserves the rights to interpret the provisions, policies and procedures contemplated under these General Terms and Conditions. All discretions and judgments by EVA Air shall be final and conclusive in each case.
