  • Student tickets can only be purchased, in person, by adult passengers whose flights depart from Taiwan, Hong Kong, Bangkok and Ho Chi Minh City upon presenting the required documents (electronic student visa, International Student Visa, school admissions document, Overseas Student document, and/or International Student Identity Card (ISIC), for passenger whose trip origins from Taiwan, only ISIC is accepted.) .
  • At the airport, passengers shall present the original copies of the documentation submitted during ticket purchase (electronic student visa, International Student Visa, school admissions document, Overseas Student document, and/or International Student Identity Card (ISIC)) for verification by EVA Air’s airport check-in staff. Those failing to produce the aforementioned documents will be requested to repurchase a ticket at the airport.

Note:
  • Each student ticket transaction accepts no more than FOUR passengers, all of whom must be at least 12 years old and hold valid Student IDs.
  • Reservations can be made from 3-7 hours (depends on routes) to 360 days before departure. Upon completion of the booking, a reservation reference number and ticket number will be generated automatically by the system.
  • To eliminate credit card fraud, the cardholder must be one of the people listed in the reservation, except in the following circumstances:
    A. Passengers departing from Taiwan who pay by internet ATM
    B. Passengers departing from China who pay using a credit card or debit card issued by a Chinese bank.
  • The refund application(s) is only for bookings made on this website. Details please refer to the Fare Note of your ticket. We will apply to your financial institution regarding your refund as soon as possible. However, please note that since the actual refund date is subject to the terms and conditions of the card-issuing bank, your refund request may take up to a period of 2 months to process; hence, the refund amount may not immediately appear in your credit card bills, and any applicable service charge will be deducted accordingly.
