*Passengers requiring assistance (e.g. wheelchair, medical or other special requirements).
*Passengers under the age of 12 who are traveling unaccompanied. (UM, Unaccompanied Minor)
*Passengers traveling with infant(s).
*Group travel passengers, bookings of 10 or more passengers in one single booking reference. |

To reduce the environmental impact of jet engine emissions, EVA Air is updating its free baggage allowances on trans-Pacific flights to bring them in line with domestic rules. Beginning April 15, 2008 Economy Class passengers will be limited to 23kg of each checked luggage, Elite Class will be limited to 28kg, and Premium Laurel Class passengers will be limited to 32kg.
