The system is available for EVA Air's and UNI Air's International flights only. Online seat selection is available to passengers from 100 days up to 24 hours before departure.

The system is unavailable for all charter (except Mainland China) and code-sharing flights.

To ensure the highest standards of service as well as the safety and comfort of passengers, online seat selection is unavailable for the following:
*Passengers traveling with infant(s).
*Passengers under the age of 12 who are traveling unaccompanied. (UM, Unaccompanied Minor)
*Passengers requiring assistance (such as those with medical conditions).
*Group travel passengers, bookings of 10 or more passengers in one single booking reference.

To reduce the environmental impact of jet engine emissions, EVA Air is updating its free baggage allowances on trans-Pacific flights to bring them in line with domestic rules. Economy Class passengers will be limited to 23kg of each checked luggage, Elite Class will be limited to 28kg, and Premium Laurel Class passengers will be limited to 32kg.
