Passengers can check in online for EVA Air and UNI Air international flights from 24 hours up to 3 hours before departure. To save time when checking in at the airport, please print the confirmation slip and bring it with you.
Passengers departing from Taiwan Taoyuan International Airport can print their boarding passes online. If you have printed your own boarding pass, you may proceed directly through security and immigration to the departure gate (please click here for more details). However, in compliance with government regulations, passengers bound for the US and Australia must still perform a traditional check-in. For more information, please see the relevant notes below.

Inquire Details Using Evergreen Club Membership Number : Use your Evergreen Club membership number to check in. If you are an Evergreen Club member holding multiple booking references, this option will save your time.

Inquire Details Using Booking Reference Number : Use your booking reference number to check in. If you are not an Evergreen Club member, or are a member with only one booking reference, please use this option.

Exclusive online check-in counters: Please note that security measures such as a visual travel document check and luggage screening remain part of the departure process. However, you will save significant time by using an EVA Air check-in kiosk at Taoyuan International Airport and the exclusive online check-in counters at other airports worldwide.

Online check-in service availability: This system is available to ticketed passengers with confirmed bookings only. Please ensure that you have the passport details of every travel companion included in the booking. Passengers may check in online from 24 hours up to 3 hours before departure.

Purchaser credit card verification: For your security and to prevent credit card fraud, any passenger who purchases a ticket online will be required to present the relevant credit card at check-in.

Flight eligibility: Online check-in is available for all EVA Air and UNI Air international flights, except:
a.
Charter flights
b.
Code-share flights operated by other airlines.
5.
Passengers eligibility: Online check-in is unavailable to the following passengers:
a.
Passengers traveling with infant(s).
b.
Passengers under the age of 12 who are traveling unaccompanied.
c.
Passengers with award upgrade reservations.
d.
Passengers who are not electronic ticket holders.
e.
Passengers requiring assistance (such as those with medical conditions).
f.
Group travel passengers (10 or more passengers in one single booking).

Canceling your online check-in: If you have completed online check-in for your flight but wish to make late changes to your booking (from 24 up until 3 hours before departure), you must first cancel your online check-in. After you have made the new booking, you will be able to use online check-in to check in for the new flight.
7.
US Visa Waiver Program: Since 12, 2009 all Visa Waiver Program travelers must apply and be pre-approved to travel to the US using the Electronic System for Travel Authorization (ESTA). Applications must be made at least 72 hours before departure. Passengers who plan to enter the US using the Visa Waiver Program will not be permitted to board their flight unless their details have been registered with the ESTA website.
